Our office will email you an ETA based on the manufacturer’s ship date, a few days after your order is placed. When your product arrives to us, we will reach out to schedule installation or delivery. Usually only 1-2 days in advance, to account for weather, staffing, traffic, or other changing circumstances inherent to the job. We generally perform work Mon-Fri during business hours. If you have special scheduling constraints, please let our office know.
