Will my woodwork or trim need to be replaced?

What about exterior trim or siding?
Our replacement quote includes whatever is needed for an exterior finish and watertight seal around your windows. Each job is different. How far in advance do you schedule installation?
Our office will email you an ETA based on the manufacturer’s ship date, a few days after your order is placed. When your product arrives to us, we will reach out to schedule installation or delivery. Will my plants or bushes be okay?
We are careful not to harm or destroy any vegetation on your property. However, our focus is on the safety of our installers, and performing high-quality work. What about my window treatments?
We ask that you remove any window coverings of any kind prior to installation, if possible. If you are having trouble, or simply forget, we can sometimes remove these for you. How do I prepare before installation?
We need direct access to your windows or doors that are being replaced. That means 2-3 feet minimum clearance so we have room to move around. How long does it take to get my new windows or doors?
Our products are custom made-to-order, but our manufacturers have some of the quickest lead times in the industry! It is usually 3-6 weeks depending on the product type and options chosen. Generally add 1+ weeks for us to schedule install or delivery with you directly.
Do you have a showroom I can visit?
We do not have a formal showroom. But we do have a few show-pieces and demo units available at our warehouse in Buckner. Please call our office at 502-222-7828 if you would like to schedule a demo or see some particular product examples.
What payment methods do you accept?
